Events Manager, Brand & Communications

This Events Manager will support the planning and execution of high-touch creator, press, and executive-facing events at OpenAI. Working under the guidance of the Event Management Lead, this person will own critical workstreams across guest experience, front-of-house operations, vendor coordination, production logistics, and post-event reporting. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, polished under pressure, and experienced in building white glove experiences for high-profile guests, including creators, media, executives, talent teams, and senior external partners.

7+ years of event production experience, managing end-to-end planning, onsite execution, and post-event analysis. Experience leading guest experience, front-of-house operations, and vendor coordination for high-profile corporate events.
