Production Manager (Outdoor)

Labyrinth is looking for a Production Manager who lives and breathes festival sites. With support from the Head of Production and a Site Coordinator, you will lead the site advance for outdoor shows. You will be responsible for site planning, supplier management, budgets, delivery and derig, working closely with technical, operations, creative, and safety leads. Responsibilities include owning the critical path across the outdoor portfolio, advancing site infrastructure, budget management and reconciliation, site team leadership, and managing venue/heritage requirements.

Substantial practical experience building and striking outdoor event sites, plus ownership of the advance and budget. CAD drafting skills and a driving license are a necessity. Sound judgement on infrastructure, ground protection, delivery access, plant selection and build sequencing. Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to interpret scaled site drawings.
