The Senior Technical Delivery Manager is a pivotal role within the Event Technology Operations team, responsible for the strategic vision of technology solutions in addition to the delivery of those solutions across multiple projects. This position combines technical expertise, project management skills, and stakeholder communication to manage internal partnerships and vendor relationships effectively. Can be based in any US office.
What they're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in platform administration, technical delivery, or system development. Strong understanding of API integrations, Agile/SCRUM methodologies, and hands-on experience with event technology platforms such as Swapcard, Stova, and ExpoPlatform.
