Event Project Manager (Full Time)

The Event Project Manager owns event projects from planning through execution while leading both client and internal teams. This role requires a confident project lead who can manage scope, timelines, budgets, and people simultaneously, while also anticipating needs, identifying risks, and recommending strategic improvements. Responsibilities include serving as the primary lead for assigned projects, leading client/internal meetings, developing and maintaining project timelines, managing registration, vendor coordination, budget tracking, run of show execution, and providing on-site leadership during events.

5+ years of experience in or related to event project management or event production; Demonstrated experience leading client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders; History of managing budgets over $250,000; Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and project management/time-tracking tools; Ability to travel for events and work evenings/weekends as required; Authorized to work and reside in the United States.
