Freelance Senior Project Manager

Exceptionally experienced Event Producer / Project Manager needed for a prestigious launch event in Dubai. This is a high-stakes, high-profile event involving VVIP guests and AAA-level talent. Office-based 4 days per week, starting ASAP until end of November.

Proven experience delivering high-end luxury events, VIP activations or prestigious real estate launches. Strong track record on high-stakes events. Confident coordinating clients, suppliers, production teams, visiting fabrication warehouses, and managing samples and logistics. Highly organised, proactive, able to work under pressure. UAE driving licence is a bonus.
