Events Lead

As an Events Lead at SpaceXSI, you will take end-to-end ownership of external-facing events, from concept through production and onsite execution. Working closely with Growth, Sales, Field Growth, Community, and Developer Relations, you will expand SpaceXSI's reach, build relationships with builders, and drive enterprise awareness, sales, and product attachment. Responsibilities include planning and executing VIP and special events, managing vendors (venue, transport, A/V, catering), tracking budgets, coordinating gifting and collateral, and leveraging AI to automate planning workflows.

Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of experience in event planning in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. Ability to travel often and work extended hours/weekends. Ability to pass Air Force and NASA background checks. Ability to lift/carry up to 25lbs unassisted.
