Events Coordinator

The Royal College of Physicians of Ireland is seeking an Events Coordinator to join our Events Team to deliver conferences and webinars for doctors and healthcare professionals. This permanent role involves delivering a blend of online, hybrid, and in-person events at No. 6 Kildare Street. Key responsibilities include supporting event development and delivery, using cloud platforms (Teams, Quercus, Cvent), managing event registration, coordinating third-party suppliers, tracking budgets, and preparing post-event reports.

2–3 years’ experience working within a team delivering successful events. Experience supporting in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. Experience using event management systems and digital platforms (Cvent, Teams, or similar). Ability to manage event logistics, budget tracking, and post-event evaluations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
