Senior Events Operations Manager

Armada is hiring a Senior Events Operations Manager to run the logistical, technical, and operational foundation behind their global events portfolio. This role reports directly to the VP of Experiential Marketing and will support operations for third-party conferences, owned experiences, field programs, executive engagements, and internal events across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

8+ years in event operations, experiential production, or event marketing in a fast-paced B2B environment; Proven experience managing complex events end-to-end; Exceptional project management skills; Experience managing agencies, vendors, and detailed budgets; Willingness to travel frequently.
