Senior Manager, Field Events & Marketing

ServiceTitan is seeking a Sr. Manager, Field Events & Marketing to build and lead our net-new field event strategy. Reporting to the Director of Events, the Sr. Manager will design and execute a field events program that generates top-of-funnel pipeline, while continuing to strengthen customer and late-stage-pipeline events. The ideal candidate combines deep field event expertise with the strategic instincts of a marketer to build a program from the ground up and align sales stakeholders around a shared vision. Requires ability to travel up to 25% annually.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or related field. 12+ years of total experience in marketing and events, with 5+ years of deep expertise in sales-driven field events. Proven track record of building field marketing programs from the ground up. Strong fluency in account-based marketing (ABM). Experience managing budgets of $1M+ annually. Direct experience managing and mentoring a team of event planners or coordinators. Ability to travel up to 25% annually.
