Senior Events Specialist - Field Marketing & Tradeshows

This role holds two connected things: you'll own Jane's field marketing program (dinners, happy hours, and gatherings) and carry a portfolio of tradeshows. As Jane grows, both matter more. This role is part strategy and part logistics, deciding where a local gathering will land well and confirming AV setups onsite. You will report to the Senior Manager of Event Marketing as an individual contributor, shaping the annual field marketing plan, running events, managing the program budget, and building playbooks, reporting, and training to let field marketing scale.

5+ years in experiential event marketing, including owning brand-hosted/field marketing events and a tradeshow portfolio (15+ shows/year); hands-on experience executing exhibitor presence; ability to travel within Canada and the US approx 30% of the time.
