Associate Director - Experiential Events

KPMG is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Relations to join our Events and Meetings organization. Responsibilities include serving as lead project manager for the firm's most complex, high-profile events, translating strategic objectives into comprehensive plans, managing event lifecycles from planning to post-event evaluation, orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing complex budgets, mitigating risks, and overseeing external vendors and venue partners.

Minimum 8 years of recent experience leading enterprise events or large-scale conference programs. Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum High School diploma/GED. Demonstrated success leading end-to-end delivery of high-visibility events. Ability to travel up to 30%. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
