Conference Producer

The Conference Producer for HIMSS Global Conference & Exhibition designs and leads the development and delivery of CE-eligible and sponsored content. Responsibilities include research and development, building relationships with speakers and sponsors, content curation, speaker logistics, collaborating with stakeholders, coordinating content promotion, program quality assurance, and audience development efforts. This role manages onsite activities for educational programming and requires occasional travel to in-person events.

3-5 years of experience as a conference producer or in a similar role involved in conference development and production. Relevant health IT, association management, or project management certification preferred. Demonstrated ability to design event programs that increase audience engagement. Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
