Program Manager, Events + Venues

You will lead the day-to-day management of the Events & Venues workstream within larger integrated client programs, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless planning and execution. While the broader program is managed across multiple disciplines, you will serve as the primary owner for all event and venue-related work, bringing structure, clarity, and strong follow-through to this critical portion of the program. You will oversee all aspects including research, venue sourcing, vendor management, hospitality, contracting, permits, payments, budgets, timelines, and communications. Reporting to the Director, you will own the workstream from planning through execution while providing day-to-day guidance to direct report(s). Evening and weekend work will be required based on program needs.

Events & Venues Workstream Management; Research, Sourcing & Recommendations (experience with venue sourcing, catering, hospitality, permitting, and vendor management); Negotiation, Contracting, Payments & Budget Awareness; Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication; People Management & Problem Solving.
