Project Manager – Exhibitions

Disrupt Talent is recruiting a Project Manager for a UK stand design and build company. You will run a portfolio of 5–12 modular stand projects from design sign-off to onsite delivery and debrief, manage stock/kit for modular builds, place venue orders, work through artwork briefs with designers, cost projects to protect margin, and serve as the main client point of contact.

Exhibition PM experience delivering modular stands (T3, beMatrix, Aluvision or similar); solid knowledge of venue orders, AEV eGuide standards and RAMS; experience costing stands and managing budgets; Monday.com and SketchUp skills are a plus.
