Event Planner - Glasgow

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Event Planner to join the Rapport team in a stunning location with breathtaking views of Glasgow. You will be part of a diverse team, who strive to deliver service excellence every single day. Our client is a prominent American multinational investment management and financial services firm. Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis, with flexibility for overtime as per business needs). Main Responsibilities include: Oversee and take ownership of the end-to-end planning and delivery of events. Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-profile client needs. Manage all meeting and event requests, confirming details, allocating spaces, coordinating logistics. Coordinate all client and host requirements. Monitor service quality and team performance.

Have at least one year of events experience taking full ownership of the full lifecycle of events in a similar environment (e.g., five-star hotels, corporate establishments, or premium airlines). Be proactive, organised, and detail-oriented. Successful 6-year vetting outcome required.
