Marketing Events Specialist

Coordinate logistics and execution of select channel-specific events, including NACS, IDDBA, and Pizza Expo. Support planning of major industry events, including MenuMasters, IFMA COEX, and IFDA. Support event planning timelines, registration, materials, vendor communication, event asset preparation and shipping, and on-site event readiness. Partner with internal teams to ensure events are organized, well-prepared, and consistently represent the brand. Support tradeshow lead generation reporting on event participation, lead capture results, and program performance.
