Sr Corporate Events Manager

Gainsight is seeking a full-time Sr Corporate Events Manager to join the Marketing team in a US-based remote role. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Events, you will manage end-to-end planning and execution across Gainsight's event portfolio, including flagship Pulse conferences, trade shows, virtual event series, and internal programs (e.g., Revenue Kickoff, Quarterly Company Meetings). Key responsibilities include managing event budgets, contracts, agency/vendor relationships, content, session logistics, promotion, attendee tracking, and reporting event impact.

12 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree (or equivalent). Hands-on experience managing end-to-end execution of large events (1,000+ attendees), ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech. Experience across trade shows, virtual events, executive/VIP programs, and sales kickoffs. Proficiency in budget, contract, and vendor management. Familiarity with Cvent, Splash, Notion, SFDC, Google Suite, Slack, and AI tools.
