Senior Events Manager, Flagship Events

We are seeking a Senior Event Manager to take full responsibility for delivering some of NVIDIA's key flagship events. These events are central to NVIDIA's worldwide presence, and the person in this role will ensure each moment is executed with accuracy, enthusiasm, and influence. You will manage several workstreams simultaneously and work closely with collaborators in product, communications, marketing, and executive teams. Responsibilities include owning the full event lifecycle, managing budgets and timelines, leading vendor relationships (A/V, production, catering, venue sourcing), and coordinating on-site staffing and attendee experience.

12+ years of event management experience at a technology company or agency, with a focus on owned events. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience managing multiple large-scale events simultaneously and managing six- to seven-figure budgets. Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills. Requires approximately 60% domestic and international travel.
