Senior Events Manager

SWG3 is looking for an experienced Senior Events Manager to lead the safe, smooth and consistent delivery of events across the venue. In this role, you will lead and line-manage the Events Management Team, champion the customer and visiting talent experience, oversee event operations and compliance (H&S, licensing, risk assessments), and act as Duty Manager for a variety of major events.

Experience in venue, festival or events operations; track record of line management; knowledge of licensing, H&S, crowd management, and emergency planning; operational budget and supplier management experience; excellent communication and IT skills; flexibility to work regular evenings and weekends.
