Event Operations Lead - Money20/20

We are seeking an Event Operations Lead to join our New York-based Operations team within Money20/20, part of Informa Festivals. The Event Operations Lead will manage the efficient and innovative operational event delivery of Money20/20 USA in Las Vegas. As the lead of the Event Operations pillar, they will oversee the show in its entirety, ensure timelines are adhered to, show strategy is executed within budget, and foster collaboration across all stakeholders to deliver an exceptional and impactful event experience.

3-5 Years of proven large-scale event experience, essential. Las Vegas tradeshow experience (Preferred). Strong planning, prioritization and implementation skills with focus on detail. Able to think creatively and come up with bespoke ideas. Negotiation and financial/budget management skills. Travel required including Netherlands, Thailand, and USA.
