About the role
Run iconic Scottish events end-to-end for one of the country's most ambitious event hospitality operators. Apex Bars & Events is hiring Event Managers for the 2026 festive season. Event Managers carry full operational accountability for an Apex event from contract handover through to post-event reconciliation. You're the senior Apex presence on the ground, the named person for licensing, safety and commercial performance, and the primary client-facing contact during delivery.
What they're looking for
Current SCPLH personal licence (essential at appointment); Significant operational experience in licensed hospitality; Demonstrable cash, commercial and team accountability; Strong working knowledge of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and DPM duties; Experience leading teams of 10+; Driving licence and own transport; Right to work in the UK.
