Special Events Manager - Multi Day

Owns the production and execution of U.S. Ski & Snowboard's multiday special events including the Partner Summit, Congress, Board of Trustee Meetings, and other multi-day internal or partner gatherings. Manages group hotel and meeting-space logistics, agenda and content coordination, gifting, communication, vendor management, and on-site production.

3+ years producing multi-day conferences, summits, or similar group programs (CMP or similar preferred). Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Sports Management or similar area preferred. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 35%. Valid driver's license and passport.
