About the role
Own a portfolio of mid-sized events aligned to demand generation and category priorities. Evaluate and recommend events based on ROI, audience relevance, and competitive landscape. Partner with Category Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Account management to define goals, messaging, branding, and staffing. Lead end-to-end execution of tradeshows and activations, including booth design, fabrication, AV, shipping, and on-site operations. Manage vendors and agencies: sourcing, negotiation, contracts, and delivery against brand standards. Build and manage detailed Run of Show documentation and lead on-site execution. Translate creative concepts into executable production plans. Own production timelines, sequencing, and logistics from planning through strike. Lead on-site coordination, including staff scheduling, briefing, and training. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues in real time. Own and scale the Booth-in-a-Box logistics and checkout process. Build and manage inventory systems for event assets, swag, and seller kits. Lead ordering, shipping, and fulfillment for all IRL events. Build and manage budgets for mid-sized events, tracking estimates vs. actuals.
What they're looking for
Event Production Expertise: 4-7 years experience with tradeshow logistics, vendors, and on-site execution; Strategic + Tactical Mindset; Figure-It-Out Operator; Experimental Marketing Chops; Technical Fluency (Strong understanding of event tech/AV setups, OBS experience a plus); Operational Excellence; Process Builder; Valid passport required for travel to US and internal events; Budget Ownership.
