Event Operations Lead

London Museum is looking for an experienced and decisive Event Operations Lead to head up the operational event planning and live delivery across our museum estate. You will embed our new events framework, bring teams together and develop a confident operation that can deliver safely, consistently and at scale across public events, late-night takeovers, commercial hires, and development events.

Substantial experience of leading events in a complex, high-footfall or multi-space venue; strong people leader able to develop managers and create clear accountability; ability to turn health and safety, fire safety, licensing and regulatory requirements into practical event plans.
