Recruitment Consultant - Events, Sales & Marketing

Change Hospitality is looking for someone from an events sales or BDM background who enjoys the commercial side of the industry and is ready to move into recruitment. No recruitment experience needed. You will work closely with the team, specialising in Events, Sales & Marketing recruitment, building your own network of clients and candidates. Includes training, mentoring, and clear progression. Hybrid working (1 day WFH, rising to 2). Year 1 OTE £50k+.

Events sales or BDM background. Confident building relationships, winning new business, and conducting commercial conversations. No prior recruitment experience required.
