Events Operations Manager

Finimize is hiring an Events Operations Manager to own vendor contracts, venue logistics, floorplan execution, and budget tracking for the Modern Investor Summit and other global events across London, New York, and San Francisco. The role is UK-based, hybrid in London (Barbican), with regular travel around in-person events.

3-4 years experience in live event production or event operations, ideally including events of 300+ attendees. Track record of running vendor negotiations and managing contracts. Experience working across multiple cities and venues. Excellent written communication.
