Senior Event Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Event Operations Manager to take the lead on the planning and delivery of two annual, large-scale outdoor events. This is a key operational role, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex, high-volume events from initial planning through to live event execution.

Strong outdoor event operations experience, ideally within festivals, agricultural shows, live events or similar. Proven experience managing a high volume of exhibitors. Excellent contract negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, risk management and event compliance. Must be eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
