Event Manager

We are looking for a talented Event Manager to lead our Event department in Aberdeen. If you are interested in event planning, increasing sales and a chance to grow your career in one of the UK's top hospitality groups this is the role for you! As an Event Manager you have the opportunity to develop and mentor your own team, help set specific financial targets for your location and be a brand ambassador in your community. You will work one on one with our Sales Manager and our clients to build their event, while ensuring your team provides flawless execution. You are responsible to drive operations for the property, as well as attend events such as golf tournaments, bridal/trade shows, and networking opportunities to achieve financial goals.

Direct and control Event Operations; leadership, training, and mentorship for event team; banquet event execution and quality assurance; banquet inventory planning and labor control; expert scheduling; submitting weekly financial reporting; attending weekly BEO meetings with the Chef.
