Group and Event Traver Coordinator (German Speaking)

As Group Travel Coordinator, you'll take full ownership of end-to-end group travel requests and venue sourcing for VIP German clients, ensuring high-quality operational delivery and direct client satisfaction.

4+ years of experience in travel management. Advanced experience of GDS tools, specifically Amadeus (mandatory). Native or professional fluency in German combined with strong business English (mandatory). Proven track record in direct client service and managing complex group requirements. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tight deadlines. Experience with Qondor or Cvent platforms (strong plus). Working knowledge of French or Spanish (a plus).
