About the role
Position Summary: Event Technology Leads (ETL), are aware of what’s new, what’s changing, and are eager to incorporate innovations for an ‘out of this world’ customer experience with our Event360 product and similar products by other vendors such as Rainfocus, Swoogo, Cvent, Bizzabo and other vendor Event Registration platforms. ETL are detail-oriented with the ability to bridge the gap between what our customer require and what these Platforms can deliver to create amazing interactive experiences for all interactions with our technology. Essential Functions: Own overall day-to-day relationship with assigned clients for all event technology product technical requirements, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction. Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of event technologies product and its components. Willingness to be certified in event management platforms such as Event360, Swoogo, Cvent, etc. based on customer preferred platforms. Build events in assigned vendor platforms. Potentially be a lead in knowledge for a specific vendor product and certified in all other vendor products. Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy. Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities during the sales cycle to transition to operations. Work with clients to document requirements for different components, specification signoff and submit changes to the development team. Program manage account escalations. Onsite travel, as needed.
What they're looking for
Qualifications Required: Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention. 3+ years building corporate events websites in Cvent, incentives, SKOs and User Conferences. Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s). Familiarity working with clients of all sizes. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented and analytical. Strong team player but still a self-starter. Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree. 3+ years of relevant experience. Certified in Cvent. 3+ years building corporate events websites in Cvent, incentives, SKOs and/or User Conferences. Preferred experience with Salesforce or other Force.com platforms. Preferred experience with other event platforms such as Rainfocus, Swoogo, etc. Proficient in Office software. 1 - 3 years of operational experience working for an event management company, including planning and on-site operation.
