ECC Loggist

The ECC Loggist plays a vital role in maintaining the event log and supporting the wider Event Control Centre (ECC) team at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. You will log all phone and radio calls, record details accurately, liaise with control managers to close logs, and support end-of-day reports. This fixed-term role runs from early November 2026 to early January 2027.

Experience of working in an event control room or security operations room. Experience with event logging software. Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders. Working knowledge of MS Office software. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
