Events Manager

The Event Services Manager supports the day-to-day execution of private events, group bookings, and special experiences at DSRT SURF. Working under the Sales department, this role handles behind-the-scenes coordination and sales system data entry to keep events running smoothly, without owning client sales relationships. The role involves coordinating event logistics on-site, serving as a point of contact during events, and communicating with internal teams to ensure event needs are met. Responsibilities include entering booking details in sales systems, coordinating setup, timing, and vendor arrival, tracking event data, preparing BEOs, run sheets, floor plans, and billing, supporting event inventory, assisting with post-event wrap up, and maintaining a preferred vendor list.
