Senior Event Marketing Manager

Federato is seeking a Senior Event Marketing Contractor, reporting to the Director of Strategic Events and Field Marketing. In this role, you will own the strategy, planning, and execution of Federato’s third-party events portfolio. You will execute with precision while continuously evolving the portfolio, elevating quality, and introducing new approaches that differentiate Federato in the market. This is a 6+ month contract working approximately 30 hours per week with flexibility during travel weeks. Travel is approximately 40%.

5+ years of event marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS; proven ownership of complex third party and field event portfolios; exceptional project manager; confident negotiator with experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendors; deep understanding of how events support sales and pipeline; data-driven and uses AI in day-to-day work.
