About the role
Oneleet is seeking a Community Event & Engagement Manager to design and execute event and community strategies across intimate customer dinners, executive roundtables, conferences, and digital community spaces. In this founding role, you will define strategy, build infrastructure, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive relationships, pipeline, and retention.
What they're looking for
3-6+ years of experience in event marketing, community management, field marketing, or developer/customer relations at a B2B SaaS or technology company. Proven experience building and managing a B2B community or event program, ideally from an early stage. Exceptional event production skills and strong relationship-building instincts.
